Comment: | BSc Health, Community and Social Care is a course, run by the University of Gloucestershire, for people working in a social care role in a paid or voluntary capacity and who want to increase their skills in that role. The course spans the three years of a degree and cover areas such as psychology, sociology, policy, law, research and communication skills of relevance to care. It supports personal and professional development in progression towards level four roles, or roles as an assistant practitioner. These might include Social Work Assistant, Personal Advisor or Health Care Assistant in the Community. |
