They offer a confidential, calm and safe place to enable you to resolve your difficulties and look forward to the future. They can help you to improve your relationship and live happily together, or support you if you decide to separate. In family mediation, they assist with the practical issues that arise on separation and divorce.
The service is regulated by the Family Mediators Association, and from 1st. September 2007 will have a contract with the Community Legal Service for the provision of publically funded (legal aid) family mediation. |
