Comment:

Carnegie Weight Management is a non-profit research and development unit established at Leeds Metropolitan University to undertake high quality interventions, education, training and research to successfully treat overweight and obese children. They aim to maximise their impact on the health and well-being of not only the families they work with, but wider society as well.
Carnegie Weight Management has developed a range of treatment options that have been supported through an evaluative evidence-based approach. Carnegie Weight Management believes that through this research process they have developed an understanding of the key ingredients required to appropriately and successfully treat childhood obesity.
