Comment: | The Edith Cavell and Nations Fund for Nurses (Nurse Aid) provides financial help for nurses in difficulties, covering domestic repairs and bills, dental and optical bills, convalescence or respite care (supported by medical recommendation) and purchase of powered wheelchairs. It also provides regular financial grants.
Applicants for Edith Cavell and Nations Fund must be registered nurses with three years service or nursing auxiliaries with five years service.
Nurse Aid also incorporates the Grove Trust, which can help auxiliary nurses. |
