The Queen’s Nursing Institute champions and supports community nurses in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. They promote best practice and innovation in primary care by providing professional and financial assistance for community nursing projects; and by influencing health policy and practice and, by their commitment to welfare, maintaining the independence and dignity of community nurses in need.
Today the Institute maintains close links with community nurses and their patients, primarily through awards programmes and professional networks.
