Comment: | The Aldo Trust aims to promote the mental and physical health and relieve the needs of individual people who are held in detention awaiting trial or after conviction. The Trust disburses small grants to serving prisoners through prison service personnel, usually prison officers, probation officers, education officers or chaplains. Grants are made for a fixed sum only - £10.00. Prisoners cannot receive more than one grant in any twelve month period. There are no other funds.
