Comment: | Care Ability is an independent registered charity which is run by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Advice, information and advocacy is provided by trained staff and volunteers on a range of issues including welfare rights and housing. The Visually Impaired Service includes IT training and 'best buy' weekly tapes. |
