General advice on asbestos including companies who will remove asbestos;
Contact with health professionals;
Support and legal advice to families of those who have died from asbestos diseases;
Leaflets on a wide range of issues.
It is a member of NADA (the Nationwide Asbestos Diseases Association) which is the UK umbrella group for asbestos diseases groups. Because of the different legal system, benefits and compensation are slightly different in Scotland. People from Scotland should still contact Asbestos Diseases UK, who will put them in touch with appropriate advisors in Glasgow.
