To qualify as a Mobility Friendly Home a property must be either accessible, with -
+ unrestricted parking within twenty five metres;
+ no steps between the point where a car could be parked and the entrance to the property;
+ level access to at least one entrance to the property and to all main living floor rooms;
+ accessible WC -
or adapted, meaning the property contains fixed equipment or adaptations designed to meet the needs of someone with a physical impairment - or both accessible and adapted.
You can submit your own "Wanted" requirements so that you can be contacted when suitable properties become available.
