Early Years Centres provide for pre-school children from within the neighbourhood and from further afield. Through a stimulating environment the staff encourage play and social interaction to develop the skills of the children, particularly in the area of speech and language. Parents can also be advised and supported by the Early Years Centre, who welcome parental involvement.
