Children's Rights is a service for looked after children and young people to contact if they are unhappy, if someone is treating them badly or ignoring their concerns.
The Service is independent of Social Workers and carers, and is confidential (unless someone is in danger of being seriously harmed).

YPLAN (see separate record) is a service for looked after children and young people to develop networks and participate in developing services.
The Gloucestershire Independent Advocacy Network Team (GIANT - see separate record) is their advocacy service for looked after children.
