Founded by a chronic pain sufferer, Unwind is a non-profit making organisation which provides a number of self-help publications and audio tapes by mail order, for people who are affected by pain or stress. Please send a large (A5) addressed envelope with a first class stamp to receive an information leaflet, and full list of resources including prices.
Unwind is used by professionals in relevant fields, hospitals, hospices, etc, and by other organisations, such as Cancerbackup.
