Healthwise Clinics provide young people (under twenty five) with free information and advice on family planning and sexual health, and a contraception service. Each clinic has a nurse and a youth worker present, and a doctor in attendance every other week. Confidentiality is promised to everyone who attends a clinic. Appointments are not necessary - it is a 'drop-in' service.
Clinics are held at:
Cinderford - 31 Market Street (CANDI) on Wednesdays (4:00 to 6:00pm);
Coleford - The Health Centre on Fridays (4:00 to 6:00pm);
Newent - Newent Youth and Community Centre on Tuesdays (4:00 to 6:00pm).
