Organisation:Victim Supportline

Comment:

The Victim Supportline, run by Victim Support, can help you whether the crime is recent or past and whether or not you want to report the crime. Victim Support offers information and support for anyone affected by crime; all calls are confidential and charged at local rate. If you want to talk, trained volunteers are there to listen. If you want further help or information they can refer you on or point you in the right direction. And if you decide you want to get more direct help from your local branch of Victim Support, or from the Witness Service, they can put you in touch with them too.
Because it's just a phone call, you're in total control of what's happening - you can end the call at any time, and no one needs to know who you are, or where you're calling from, unless you want them to.

The Supportline is open 9:00am to 9:00pm, weekdays, 9:00am to 7:00pm, weekends and 9:00am to 5:00pm on bank holidays
