Comment: | "Where The Heart Is" is a Gloucestershire support and social group, affiliated to The British Heart Foundation. The group is open to anyone with a heart condition, their family, carers or friends, or anyone who has lost a family member or friend through heart disease. All ages are welcome. The group provides support and social activities to it's members, including gentle exercise and group walks. Supporters of the group are also wecome. |
