Comment: | The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a confidential service for patients and their families, to assist with any questions or concerns about hospital services. PALS is there to listen and help with up to date information and support.
You can visit or telephone the PALS office, or ask a member of staff to contact the Patient Representative for you. The Patient Representative is there to provide information and support and will be happy to visit patients on the ward, if requested.
Where appropriate, PALS will refer you to independent or specialist advocacy services. If you want to make a formal complaint, PALS will give you information about the Trust's complaints procedure and refer you to someone who can provide independent support, if you wish.
There is also a PALS office in the West Block at Cheltenham General Hospital; please note, the Cheltenham Office is closed on Fridays.
