Comment:

Rape can happen to anyone, whether theyre young or old, black or white, female or male. Rape Crisis groups exist across the UK and Ireland to provide services for women and girls and will also provide information of support agencies for men.
Rape Crisis UK and Ireland is a website which provides basic information that survivors, friends and family need to access the services they need. The site has full lists of Rape Crisis Centres in the whole of the UK and Ireland, and information about the campaign group Truth About Rape.
If you are concerned that someone is checking the websites you visit, they offer advice to help you keep that information secure. The website includes information that was contained on the Rape Crisis Federation website before that organisation closed in 2003. The site is maintained for the Truth About Rape campaign. If you want to get involved please contact Truth About Rape (www.truthaboutrape.co.uk).
