Organisation:Epilepsy Research UK

Comment:

Epilepsy Research UK was formed following the merger of the Epilepsy Research Foundation and the Fund for Epilepsy in April 2007. Epilepsy Research UK promotes and supports basic and clinical scientific research into the causes, treatment and prevention of epilepsy. Their funds support individual students and scientists based in university departments, medical schools and hospitals across the country.
Epilepsy is an incredibly complex condition, but Epilepsy Research UK offer leaflets that will help you understand more about it. Although written by experts, the leaflets are clear and easy to follow. There is also a free monthly newsletter that will inform you of the latest advances in epilepsy research that are helping to defeat this debilitating condition.
