The ALD Family Support Trust is a support organisation for people suffering form Adrenoleukodystrophy, ALD, Schilder's Disease and Sudanophilic Leukodystrophy. ALD is a life threatening disorder which only occurs in males and affects the adrenal gland and white matter of the nervous system. The ALD Family Support Trust can provide support by telephone and letter, give information on the condition and put families in touch with each other.
