Organisation:Gloucestershire Farming Friends

Comment:

Gloucestershire Farming Friends was set up by a small group of farming men and women, to give practical advice and emotional support to those engaged in agriculture and the rural community (principally in Gloucestershire, but will go to other counties). The service is free and confidential; it has the backing the NFU, Samaritans and the Cotswold District Council. They will act on referrals from third parties.
The Friends work closely with the Farm Crisis Network who operate nationwide, and also with the RABI (Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution) and the Addington Fund.
