The Sensory Services Team is a team of social service professionals to support profoundly deaf, deaf / blind and visually impaired people throughout the county. They provide support, advice, advocacy, raise awareness of support available and allot environmental aids.

Referral by form CVI. This form is completed by the consultant ophthalmologist at the hospital; clients can also self refer via the help desk, or by using a form LVL from their optometrist. Form RVI can be used by optometrists or hospital staff.
