Comment: | The Multiple Sclerosis 24 Hour Telephone Counselling Service (operated by the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre (MSRC) - see separate record) is open twenty four hours a day, every day. An answering machine is available when busy, or calls will be diverted to another member of MSRC staff. The service gives counselling to anyone affected by MS. All MSRC staff are also accessible through the same freephone number and are capable of dealing with most calls as well.
All counsellors are affected by MS themselves and subject to regular training and supervision. |
