Comment: | The Trust and Fund has been set up to assist people in need, poverty, hardship or distress who are unable to pay for the supply of water and / or sewerage services within the Severn Trent area. Grants can be given to individuals towards water charges, other household charges and costs, and to organisations for the funding of debt counselling / money advice for householders falling into the individual category. The average grant is £300-£400 for indviduals. Individual applicants must have their water or sewerage services supplied by Severn Trent. |
