Organisation:Carers Emergency Card Scheme

Comment:

The Carers Emergency Card is a credit-sized card that carers can carry. It should be carried at all times and is an instant source of identification in case of an accident. Each card has a registration number, which is held by Carers Gloucestershire (Princess Royal Trust Carers Centre). The card indicates that the carrier is a carer, and on someone contacting the number on the card, the necessary action is taken to assist in arranging care for the person left without a carer.
An enrolment form is available from Carers Gloucestershire (open 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday).
