Information on health, social care and disability
The GUiDE information service provides a free and confidential health, social care and disability information service for both the public and professionals. Use our extensive database to find details of local and national support services and organisations, or to access local directories including Domiciliary Care Agencies, Lunch Clubs, Services for Mental Wellbeing , End of Life and Bereavement Information and Neurological Services . Alternatively contact our GUiDE advisors.

Support for patients, families and carers
The Community Patient Advice and Liaison Service is a confidential service which helps patients, families and carers find answers to questions and concerns. Contact the Community PALS for help with sorting out any problems or concerns you may have when using community health and mental health services in Gloucestershire.
Providing a service within our local communities
The GUiDE & PALS Information Bus takes our service out into the communities of Gloucestershire, often working with colleagues from other services and agencies. The Information Bus is not on the road from mid-December to mid-February, but we will be back with a full timetable of venues in the spring.
The Key
Based within GUiDE & PALS, The Key is a special information service for any family in Gloucestershire with a disabled child. Members receive information on services and benefits for disabled children and young people, customised to the child or young person's needs.
